More than two decades ago, an individual dreamt of constructing quality homes for the people of Jaipur and, during the course of time, his family with diverse calibre and expertise joined this cause. Even today his eldest son is continuing his legacy and actively pursuing this dream — to give Rajasthan the finest residential & commercial infrastructure. Years later, even after changing the entire landscape of Jaipur, the company thrives with the same fervour for their vision as they did earlier.
This eminent personality laid down the foundation of the now renowned Dhanuka Group. It was only through his commitment to deliver ‘a better life’ that Dhanuka Group was able to create a niche for itself in the real estate arena of Jaipur. He was also involved in many spiritual and social activities, pursuing the path of a better life for everyone. He left for his heavenly abode in June 2021, but his legacy is continuing and his values are deeply rooted in the day-to-day affairs of the group. Credited with raising the living standard of Jaipur’s residents at large, Lt. Shri Girish Dhanuka passed his vision to his son and the present C.E.O., Mr. Yogesh Dhanuka.
Mr. Yogesh Dhanuka, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, is a finance graduate and a maven of Land, Revenue & Real Estate Regulations. He looks after the overall operations and smooth functioning of the group, primarily monitoring the legal, liaising and construction activities. Under his prudent leadership, Dhanuka Group has multiplied its top and bottom line, scaling new heights every year. Publicly, he is well-known for his networking abilities and socialising nature. He is the person behind all construction activities, government approvals and representation of the group at various forums.
Mr. Aditya Malpani is working as Executive Director in the group; he has over 20 years of experience in the field of Real Estate, Banking & FMCG. He has done his post-graduation in Business Administration along with various certification courses for enhancing his subject domain. His excellent interpersonal skills are an added advantage for the organisation to negotiate new business deals and close sales. His expertise in both offline and online marketing, along with strong business acumen for strategising and executing extensive business development plans, is carving the way ahead for the organisation.
Mr. Ankit Sain, the C.F.O. of the company, has 9 years of experience as a Company Secretary and 3 years of experience as C.F.O. A proud alumnus of Rajasthan University, he holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. A proficient multitasker, he seamlessly integrates his skills into both company secretarial and accounting realms. With a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance, he efficiently handles regulatory compliance matters while also managing the intricacies of the accounts department. His astute financial acumen and meticulous attention to detail make him an invaluable asset in steering the company towards success.
Ms. Tanisha Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, is an esteemed member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A proud alumnus of Rajasthan University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree. Further, she has completed her LLB from Ambedkar Law University.
Mr. Mahendra Kumar Jangid is the administrative manager at Dhanuka Group and has been associated with us since the year 2010. He oversees the seamless functioning of our workplace, ensuring a well-organised and efficient environment. From coordinating daily operations to managing resources, his role is pivotal in maintaining a productive workspace. He implements and streamlines administrative processes to enhance workflow, creating an optimal atmosphere for team collaboration and success.
Mr. Amit Sharma, our Principal Contractor, has been associated with Dhanuka Group since 2010. A Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, he manages construction quality and labour deployment across our sites, ensuring that every project is executed to the group’s exacting standards of workmanship and safety.
