Mr. Yogesh Dhanuka, aged 50 years, is the Chairman cum Managing Director of our Company. He joined our Company since incorporation in 2008 and is associated with it since then. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from Rajasthan University and has an overall experience of 23 years in the real estate industry. He looks after legal and construction activities of the Company. He routinely analyses, prepares, prosecutes and defends claims, reviews and negotiates agreements, mediates, arbitrates and litigates suits on behalf of the Company.
He also holds directorship in Bimpact Designs Private Limited, Dhanuka Hospitality Private Limited, Dhanuka Coloniser and Builders Private Limited, JYM Developers Private Limited, PYD Constructions Private Limited, Sunshine Realmart Private Limited and Sunshine Realty Developers Private Limited.
Mrs. Shraddha Jain, aged 49 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director in our Company. She has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board on October 10th, 2022. She holds a degree of Bachelor and has an experience of more than 10 years.
Mr. Aditya Malpani, aged 41 years, is an Executive Director (Designs) in our Company. He has been appointed as Executive Director on our Board on August 31st, 2022. He holds a degree of PGDM and has an experience of more than 18 years.
He also holds directorship in Dhanuka Hospitality Private Limited and Sunshine Realty Developers Private Limited.
Mr. Dheeraj Borad, aged 44 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director in our Company. He has been appointed as Independent Director on our Board on September 30th, 2021. He is a Chartered Accountant and a senior partner in Manish Borad and Co., having experience of more than 16 years.
Mr. Pushpendra Singh, aged 46 years, is a Non-Executive Director in our Company. He has been appointed as Non-Executive Director on our Board on August 07th, 2025. He holds a post graduate degree from Rajasthan University and has an overall experience of more than 21 years in the real estate industry. He has vast knowledge of construction and related activities.
